Our History

Dalton's Memorial Engraving was established in 1993 by a man and his wife with a desire to provide for their family and serve the public to the best of their ability.  Dalton's Memorial Engraving first opened in a small workshop behind Bob and Leanne Dalton's home in Utah County, Utah.  Leanne has always said that the years Bob was working behind their home were the best years of their lives due to the amount of time they were able to spend together as they burned the midnight oil to begin and run this business.

Since that time, Dalton's Memorial has grown and flourished into a full service monument company, complete with colored glass technique, laser engraved features, and so much more!  As Bob and Leanne's business grew, so did their family.  As they were blessed with six mouths to feed and a full service monument company, Bob and Leanne were able to provide their children with solid work ethic and a determination to do hard things.​

Now, with over 35 years of monument industry experience, Bob and Leanne have been the proud owners of Dalton's Memorial Engraving for a total of 27 years.  Dalton's Memorial Engraving has now served families throughout Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, and other western states with distinctive memorials and professional, personalized service.  Bob and Leanne were also able to carry on their legacy to their two sons and their two daughters who are currently operating locations out of American Fork, Payson, and Moroni, Utah with their families.
